MerSan provides its partners superior risk-adjusted returns through access to unique deal flow generated from our global network. We maintain active dialogues with strategic investors, family offices, and private equity firms to enable our partners to fulfill their investment and financing objectives. We look for direct investments into highly qualified companies and projects.

We can invest our own capital or co-invest with other family offices and financial sponsors. We recognize that market conditions in recent years have made it restrictive for worthy middle market companies to access efficiently priced capital. We help such companies to meet their requirements by becoming partners in their strategic mission.

We look for:

• Cash flow generating companies and projects in high growth industries
• World class management teams with strongly aligned interests

In addition to capital, we help our partner companies with access to new markets and joint ventures for the distribution of their products.
